Job scope:
Technician
•Set up, test, and calibrate machines and equipment before production
• Perform troubleshooting and minor repairs on production machines
• Conduct quality checks and ensure products meet specifications
• Support engineers in process improvement and technical projects
• Maintain proper documentation, SOP compliance, and workplace safety
Operator
Install, service, and maintain air-conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment and related electrical/mechanical components
Supervise and guide junior technicians during installation and maintenance tasks
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and system testing according to safety standards
Coordinate with clients and internal teams while maintaining accurate service records
Job Requirements:
•At least 2 years of related working experience will be preferred
