Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Workplace Safety/ Training & Consultancy
Position Title: Customer Service Officer
Working Location: Kallang (walk distance from MRT)
Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm), Sat (9am – 1pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Handle general enquiries and assist with registrations.
Manage corporate client accounts and resolve feedback, complaints, or issues.
Support training administration, including course registration, verification of trainees’ documents, feedback collection, logistics coordination, and other admin duties.
Follow up on outstanding payments and work closely with the finance team to ensure timely settlement.
Maintain accurate records and proper filing for all training registrations.
Respond to enquiries regarding exam results, certificates, or card status.
Manage enrolments and payment follow-ups from customers.
Ensure compliance with requirements from relevant authorities and company policies.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum GCE O-Level.
Prior experience in customer service is required.
Experience in the education or training industry is an added advantage.
Strong communication skills, self-motivated and able to work independently.
