Job Title: Logistics Admin
Duration: Perm
Location:
West / Toh Guan
Working Days:
5 Days (Mon-Fri)
Working Hours:
7.30am - 4.30pm
8.30am - 6pm
Overtime may be required depending on operational needs
Job Scope:
Handle data entry for incoming and outgoing stock in the system
Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and other shipping documents
Coordinate with warehouse team and drivers on daily operations
Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock reconciliation
Liaise with suppliers and customers on order status and discrepancies
Salary:
$2000 - $2300 / month
️ Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Familiar with SAP / WMS system
Relevant experience in logistics, warehouse operations would be advantageous
