Our client is a global provider of customer convenience services, operating in Changi Airport.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will handle enquiries, assist customers, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Working Days: ️ WORK 5 DAYS CONSECUTIVELY, REST 1 DAY
Working Shifts: ️ CHOOSE YOUR OWN SHIFT TIMING!!
6.50am - 3.10pm
2.40pm - 11pm
10.45pm - 7.05am (+$100 Allowance)
Salary: $2350/ month
Job Scope:
Attend to customer inquiries and provide excellent service
Handle cash and card transactions using POS and BSS systems
Perform daily opening, closing, and cash reconciliation for POS and BSS
Provide bag-wrapping services and promote baggage services/products
Conduct baggage inspections in compliance with security procedures and regulations
Maintain cleanliness and professional image of the store
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Required to load, move and lift luggage (up to 25kg)
Candidates with relevant customer service experience will have an advantage
