Our client is a global leader in supply chain solutions with strong operations in Singapore.
As an Admin in a logistics company, you’ll support inventory management, packing coordination, and logistics documentation, with opportunities to grow within the industry.
Details:
Basic salary: $2,300 - $2,600 / month
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: (Can Choose)
- 7.30am - 4.30pm
- 8.30am - 6pm
Working Location:
Toh Guan (Transport from JE)
Job Scope:
Handle data entry for incoming/outgoing stock in system
Prepare delivery orders, invoices & shipping documents
Coordinate daily operations with warehouse team & drivers
Monitor inventory levels & assist in stock reconciliation
Liaise with suppliers/customers on order status & discrepancies
Candidates with relevant logistics administrative experience will have an advantage
️ Familiar with MS Office and SAP / WMS system
