Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Application Engineer based in Kota Kemuning, Selangor, Malaysia. The Sales Application Engineer will engage in day-to-day activities such as providing technical support to clients, developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and recommending suitable products and solutions. Additionally, responsibilities include preparing technical and commercial proposals, assisting in project execution, and supporting sales efforts with technical expertise and engineering knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Engineering, including the ability to engage with customers and identify solutions to meet their needs
• Strong knowledge and experience in Technical Support to provide expertise to customers effectively
• Educational background and practical experience in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently
• Experience in cryogenics, industrial gases, or related industries is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
