About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Videographer to join our creative team. You will play a key role in producing high-quality video content across our F&B brands, leading shoots from concept to final delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and direct video content including short-form, long-form, B-roll, and beauty/product shoots
• Act as Team Leader on set — managing crew, coordinating shoot schedules, and ensuring smooth production flow
• Conceptualise and execute creative video ideas aligned with brand identity
• Operate professional camera equipment, lighting rigs, audio gear, and stabilisers with confidence
• Capture high-quality B-roll footage to support storytelling and visual narrative
• Conduct beauty and food/product shoots with strong attention to detail, lighting, and composition
• Edit footage into polished, publish-ready videos using professional editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent)
• Manage and maintain production equipment
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative team on campaign deliverables
• Mentor and guide junior videographers and content creators

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional videography experience
• Proven experience in team leadership or on-set coordination
• Strong proficiency in camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording
• Expert-level skill in video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar)
• Portfolio demonstrating beauty shoots, B-roll, and branded content
• Solid understanding of colour grading, sound design, and post-production workflow
• Experience in F&B, lifestyle, or commercial content is a strong advantage
• Creative eye with the ability to conceptualise ideas independently
• Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: RM3,400.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
