Preferred Candidate:
* Background in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
* Experience in PTPTN processing, education administration, student services, invoicing, or finance support
* Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
* Detail-oriented with good compliance management and system administration abilities
Tanggungjawab
Position: Administration Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
(1) Finance Assistant
* Generate and issue student invoices accurately through the finance system
* Monitor student payments and update accounts accordingly
* Ensure accurate financial records and real-time student account status
* Coordinate with the Admin and Marketing Team to ensure accuracy of student information
* Maintain student statements and financial records for MQA audit requirements
* Follow up on overdue payments with students and parents
* Handle counter payment collection and related enquiries
(2) PTPTN Lead & Administration
* Collaborate with the Registrar’s Office to assist with student file and database verification
* Brief and manage students on PTPTN application, agreement, and submission processes
* Guide students through PTPTN requirements and documentation
* Ensure compliance with the latest PTPTN regulations and institutional policies
* Act as the main liaison between the institution and PTPTN officers
* Handle PTPTN-related issues, student status updates, and loan disbursement coordination
* Maintain accurate PTPTN records and administrative documentation
* Support smooth communication between students, finance, and external agencies
