Kerja Sepenuh Masa Staff Nurse, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di Putra Medical Centre Selangor - Maukerja

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide nursing care to patients in the ward in accordance with clinical standards.
• Monitor patient condition, vital signs, and progress and report to doctors when necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist doctors during ward rounds and procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation of patient records and nursing notes.
• Prepare patients for admission, procedures and discharge.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and infection control standards in the ward.
• Educate patients and families on care instructions and recovery.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
• Work closely with doctors, nurses and other departments to ensure smooth patient care.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
• Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
• Registered with Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia (LJM).
• Minimum 1–2 years working experience in hospital ward (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, caring, and able to work in a team.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
