3D Designer Company: Maxcis Niaga Sdn Bhd Location: Shah Alam, Selangor Employment Type: Full-Time Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) Job Summary Maxcis Niaga Sdn Bhd is looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer to support the company’s project and design development needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization for interior design and project presentations. Key Responsibilities -Produce high-quality 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization based on project requirements -Prepare 3D perspectives and presentation materials for client proposals -Assist in space planning and layout visualization when required -Work closely with project team and management to ensure design outputs meet expectations -Support preparation of basic drawings and layout plans (if required) -Attend site visits for measurements and progress checking when necessary -Revise and improve 3D visuals based on feedback from clients and management -Ensure all design deliverables are completed within the given timeline Requirements / Qualifications -Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Design, Multimedia, or related field -Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience is an advantage -Strong portfolio showcasing 3D design and rendering work (mandatory) -Strong sense of design, lighting, composition, and detailing -Able to work independently and meet deadlines -Responsible, disciplined, and committed Required Skills -Proficient in 3D software such as SketchUp / 3ds Max / Blender or equivalent -Familiar with rendering software such as V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape (added advantage) -Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or drafting software is an advantage -Good understanding of interior materials and finishes is a plus -Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks -Good communication skills and open to feedback Benefits -EPF & SOCSO -Annual Leave & Medical Leave -Performance Bonus (based on performance) -Career growth opportunity -Friendly working environment How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and portfolio to: ************* Subject: “Application for 3D Designer – Maxcis Niaga Sdn Bhd” Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
