3D Designer cum Interior Designer Company: Maxcis Niaga Sdn Bhd Location: Shah Alam, Selangor Employment Type: Full-Time Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) Job Summary Maxcis Niaga Sdn Bhd is looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer cum Interior Designer to support the company’s interior design and project development needs. This role involves producing high-quality 3D visualizations, design concepts, space planning, and technical drawings to ensure projects are executed according to client requirements and company standards. Key Responsibilities *Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, and presentation materials *Produce high-quality 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization for interior projects *Prepare layout plans, space planning, and technical drawings (2D & 3D) *Assist in material selection, finishes, and design detailing *Work closely with project team to ensure design is aligned with project requirements and timeline *Attend client discussions and provide design proposals when required *Conduct site visits, measurements, and progress checking when necessary *Revise drawings and 3D visuals based on feedback from clients and management *Ensure all design outputs are completed on time and meet quality standards Requirements / Qualifications *Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field *Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in interior design and 3D visualization is preferred *Strong portfolio showcasing interior design projects and 3D renderings (mandatory) *Strong understanding of design aesthetics, space planning, and material selection *Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines *Good attitude, responsible, disciplined, and committed Required Skills *Proficient in 3D software such as SketchUp / 3ds Max / Blender or equivalent *Proficient in AutoCAD or similar drafting software *Familiar with rendering software such as V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape (added advantage) *Strong knowledge of interior design materials, finishes, and detailing *Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with team and clients *Strong time management and problem-solving skills Benefits *EPF & SOCSO *Annual Leave & Medical Leave *Performance Bonus (based on performance) *Career growth opportunity *Friendly working environment How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and portfolio to: ************* Subject: “Application for 3D Designer cum Interior Designer – Maxcis Niaga Sdn Bhd” Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
