Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Specialist with experience in agricultural palm plantations to join the Zoomlion Agricultural Machinery team. This role focuses on the sales and market development of agricultural machinery, tractors, and spare parts, particularly targeting palm plantations and related agricultural enterprises. The ideal candidate will have strong business negotiation skills, the ability to independently develop new markets, and drive growth in the agricultural machinery sector.

Job Description:

  • Promote and sell Zoomlion agricultural machinery, tractors, spare parts, and related equipment, with a focus on palm plantation clients.
  • Actively develop new clients and maintain long-term cooperative relationships.
  • Understand customer needs to provide professional agricultural machinery solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.

Job Skills / Qualifications:

  • Sales experience in agriculture, palm plantations, fertilizers, agricultural machinery, or spare parts.
  • Strong business negotiation skills and ability to protect company interests.
  • Proven ability to independently develop new markets; results-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to travel frequently.
  • Valid driver’s license; familiarity with regional agricultural markets is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell agricultural machinery and spare parts to palm plantations and related agricultural markets.
  • Identify and develop new clients and markets to increase market share of company products.
  • Conduct business negotiations and contract signings while ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  • Collect market information, analyze competitor activity, and provide insights for sales strategy.
  • Coordinate after-sales service and technical support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
