Kerja Sepenuh Masa Supervisor Cum Safety Coordinator, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di Sri Takada Industries (Malaysia) Selangor - Maukerja

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily maintenance and mechanical activities at project sites.
• Plan, assign, and monitor daily work activities to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently
• Coordinate with Engineers, QC, and SHE on operational, maintenance, quality, and safety-related matters.
• Ensure smooth operation of equipment and coordinate repair and maintenance activities when required.
• Monitor workforce attendance, discipline, productivity, and overall site performance.
• Conduct toolbox briefings and ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, PPE usage, and safe work practices.
• Identify unsafe conditions and support corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.
• Prepare and maintain operational, manpower, and safety-related reports and documentation.
• Ensure proper housekeeping practices and adherence to 5S requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health, or related field
• Possess a valid OSH Coordinator (OSH-C) certification.
• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or mechanical-related environment.
• Basic knowledge in mechanical maintenance and hand tools.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate and able to prepare reports.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
