Tanggungjawab
- Ensure accounting schedules, deadlines, and objectives are met
- Prepare journal entries, vouchers, and general ledger postings
- Manage monthly, interim, and annual closing activities
- Coordinate and support interim and annual audits
- Assist cost accounting, including materials, labor, and manufacturing overhead
- Prepare final accounts and cash flow statements
- Maintain and control company cash and bank balances
- Liaise with external parties including auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and bankers
- Control, maintain, and reconcile the fixed asset register
- Manage inventory accounting, stock control, and physical inventory counts
- Coordinate and verify financial data with production and operational departments
- Support tax filings and statutory compliance in coordination with external advisors
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager
MUST TO HAVE:- Degree or diploma in accounting field
- Min 2 to 3 years’ experience in accounting
- English proficiency is a must
- Familiarity with any accounting software
