What you need to do:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities involving water pipelines, civil, structural, and plumbing works.
• Monitor site progress to ensure projects are completed according to schedule and quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, consultants, clients, and relevant authorities.
• Ensure all site works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and method statements.
• Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and site documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction quality control.
• Assist in planning manpower allocation, material usage, machinery, and equipment deployment.
• Ensure site safety practices and permit requirements are strictly followed.
• Liaise with local authorities, water utility providers, and related agencies when necessary.
• Participate in site meetings, technical discussions, and project coordination sessions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational issues on site.
• Monitor testing, commissioning, and reinstatement activities for pipeline works.
• Ensure proper submission and maintenance of project documentation including RFIs, inspection records, and as-built drawings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Registration with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of plumbing, civil, and structural construction works will be an advantage.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel and work on construction sites.
• Must possess own transport and a valid driving license.
