Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management

• Oversee the end-to-end monthly payroll process for foreign workers.
• Accurately compile, verify, and input attendance data to ensure precise payroll computation.
• Generate monthly payslips and coordinate seamless distribution with the Operations Department.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve any payroll or timesheet discrepancies promptly.

Billing & Invoicing

• Prepare detailed billing summaries and liaise with clients for confirmation before issuance.
• Ensure all invoices are accurately prepared and sent to clients by the 7th of each month.

Compliance & Policies

• Ensure all payroll processes comply with internal policies, labor regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll information while upholding the company’s high standards of integrity.

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with internal departments to support smooth daily operations.
• Provide administrative support and assist with ad-hoc projects or special assignments as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Professional Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in payroll or administrative functions preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willing to be based at our Subang Jaya office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
