Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities:

Manage and adjust cleaner schedules using Launch27 and WhatsApp.

Communicate with clients to confirm appointments, address inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.

Assist with marketing tasks, including social media updates and following up on leads.

Perform basic daily bookkeeping to ensure financial records are up-to-date.

Requirements:

Highly organized, reliable, and proficient with technology.

Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach.

Ability to handle urgent tasks efficiently and adapt to dynamic workflows.

Previous experience in the cleaning or related industry is a plus.

Working Hours: 12:00 AM to 5:00 AM (MYT)
