What You’ll Be Doing
Prepare and heat food items (e.g. hot meals, snacks) using kitchen equipment such as microwave ovens and air fryers
Assist with food plating, portioning, and replenishment of buffet items
Prepare and serve beverages, and support bar and buffet line operations
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene across kitchen, bar, and service areas
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and labelling in line with food safety standards (e.g. FIFO practices)
Monitor stock levels and support inventory replenishment and stock counts
Operate dishwashing equipment and manage cleaning of kitchenware and utensils
Support overall lounge operations to ensure readiness during peak periods
Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification
Prior experience in kitchen / F&B operations preferred
Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Team player with a positive working attitude
Able to commit to shift work, including weekends and public holidays
