Summary of the Role
Responsible for TIS Sales & Marketing; summarizing the overall job duties
- Directs the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s).
- Leads and coordinates product planning, product launches, product management, market development and market research activities.
- Interacts directly with BU manager to identify new marketing opportunities. Works individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion.
- Identifies unmet customer requirements and new business opportunities and provides vision and focus to move products from idea to marketplace.
- Facilitates and coordinates marketing activities with geographic areas to increase teamwork and build partnerships.

Organization Development strategy
- Plan and prepare for new product launching or existing product marketing plan
- Ensure company’s goal and direction is aligned to your strategy.
Leadership Development & Core Leadership Development
- Marketing coaching to subordinate/mentee and provide constructive feedback for improvements.
- Developing and growing new talent within the team
People and Culture Building
- Collaboration with other internal and external stakeholders to ensure result
- Be accountable and have sense of ownership
- Applies others’ diverse experiences, styles, backgrounds, and perspectives to get results
- Can take a creative idea and actively moves them onto implementation
- Shows consistency between words and actions
Business Partner for Organisation Development Programs
- Manage sales and support activities and distributors activities
- Ensure good relationship with business partner and manage expectations at company’s interest
Performance Management and Talent Development
- Manage and ensure deliverable of results
- Monitoring and tracking self KPI and able to foresee risk and take action to minimize it
- Plan and perform daily sales & marketing activities

- May manage projects / processes.

Education & Experience
- Requires advanced knowledge of job area especially on Cardiovascular or Vascular, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
- May have practical knowledge of project management.
- Academic qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in science/non-science
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in medical sales or marketing experience from healthcare industry
