Full Time First Aid And Emergency Response Trainer Jobs, in Academy Of Safety And Emergency Care Selangor - Maukerja

What do we need you to do

• Deliver comprehensive training programs (including First Aid, Fire Fighting, and Chemical Spillage) tailored to meet program objectives and client specifications. You will receive on-job training on the conduct of training sessions and assessment will be taken.
• Participates in continuous improvement activities, involving learning initiatives and undergoing Internal Maintenance Assessments.
• Execute thorough equipment housekeeping practices before, during, and after training sessions.
• Other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualification

• Medical personal background is an advantage (Nurse, Medical Assistant, Paramadic or anything related)
• Possesses experience in the field of education or teaching would be a plus point.
• Possesses at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Medical, Safety and Health or other relevant fields from reputable universities.

• Ability to speak and conduct training fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Clear and effective communication to convey information and engage participants.
• Ability to guide discussions, manage group dynamics, and create an interactive learning environment.
• Flexibility to adjust teaching methodology based on the audience and context.
• Ability to understand and relate to participants, creating a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
• Able to travel and possess a valid driving license (D).
