We are inviting accomplished, dedicated and aspiring Operating Partners to be part of the Singapore business. You will be responsible for leading and managing appointed stores, ensuring exceptional customer experience, consistent brand standards, strong financial performance, and a thriving team culture. You will also be an integral part of the Group’s strategic expansion and initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop business and operational strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and productivity targets
Identify and develop brand/business projects and partnerships
Manage and analyse performance metrics, financial reports (KPIs, COGS, labour, EBITDA), and market trends to identify opportunities/mitigate risks
Drive in-depth initiatives in establishing CHAGEE as a lifestyle offering
Provide insights on localised consumer demand, benchmarks, and market positioning
Manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in product quality, service, and store experience
Responsible for operational excellence initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and overall brand and store experience
Champion a people-oriented environment; genuine care for team well-being, development, and engagement
Collaborate with corporate to launch new initiatives and products

Requirements

Passionate about CHAGEE
Aspiring entrepreneurs
Prior experience with established F&B brands (e.g., coffee chains, QSR, beverage retail) advantageous
Excellent leadership skills with demonstrated ability in developing teams and strong employee satisfaction
Good attention to details and ability to prioritise tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
