JOB DESCRIPTION

• To assess hazards, determine risks, conduct regular inspections, monitor day to day Project (maintenance) progress and maintain a safety programme.
• To monitor, analyze, access and report project sites' performance,
• To understand and explore new tools, equipment and products.
• To troubleshoot, repair and maintain customers solar system.
• To manage warehouse record, tracking incoming and outgoing parts.
• To purpose new equipment and parts purchase.
• Conduct engineering site audits to collect structural, electrical and related site information for design use of residential and commercial solar power systems.
• Create checklists for review or inspection of completed solar standards for solar (maintenance) work.
• Test or evaluate photovoltaic (PV) cells or modules, inverters and other components of a photovoltaic (PV) system.
• To maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment by adhering to and enforcing safety codes
• Assist in testing & commissioning of projects.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Technical Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Possess a valid driving license.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites when required and able to work at height and in outdoor site environments.
• Basic knowledge in solar PV systems, electrical systems, or maintenance works will be an added advantage.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.
• Good teamwork and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong awareness of workplace safety practices and compliance.
