Sepenuh Masa Assistant - QC Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,500 in QL Kitchen Sdn Bhd (Central Kitchen Of FamilyMart) Shah Alam - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Aid in the development and implementation of QC processes and procedures.
• Conduct routine inspections and tests to ensure product quality.
• Assist in identifying and resolving quality issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and any quality issues identified.
• Prepare reports for the line executive and other senior management as needed.
• Facilitate effective communication between the QC team and other departments.
• Report any significant quality issues to the line executive immediately.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and company policies.
• Oversee testing of products for various quality attributes such as taste, texture, and appearance.
• Collect sample for laboratory testing
• Participate in trial run

Requirements:

• At least Bachelor, Diploma or SPM in Science stream background, Physics, Biology, and or Chemistry
• Able to work shift
• Able to relocate at Shah Alam
• Have own transportation

Working Conditions:

• 6 days working per week; (rest day based on schedule)
• Shift rotation (7AM & 7PM; every two weeks)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
