Job Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and messages across various platforms in a timely and professional manner.

• Handle product returns, parcel cancellations, and customer complaints efficiently.
• Manage and update out-of-stock product information.
• Monitor and assist in handling product ratings and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum Sijil/Diploma in any field.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity and sense of responsibility.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.

ABILITY TO COMMUTE/RELOCATE:

• Shah Alam: Must be able to commute reliably or plan to relocate before starting work (required).

Pay: Up to RM2,100.00 per month

Work Location: In person
