Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive in the Finished Fluid Division based in Shah Alam. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new customer relationships, managing and expanding existing accounts, and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve business goals. The Senior Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries, provide product solutions, and ensure client satisfaction while meeting sales targets. Regular interactions with suppliers and partners to maintain strong business relationships are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Sales, Account Management, and Customer Relationship Management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Thorough knowledge of the lubricants, surfactants, or chemical distribution industries
• Experience in market analysis and developing strategic sales plans
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally within a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)
• Willingness to work on-site at the Shah Alam office
