Merchandise Planning Support
- Assist in planning product assortment for IP merchandise stores, pop-ups, events, e-commerce, and merchandise corners.
- Support planning for product categories including plush toys, toys and collectibles, stationery, bags, accessories, apparel, confectionery, gifting products, lifestyle merchandise, seasonal items, and event-exclusive products.
- Assist in preparing product lists for new launches, campaigns, store openings, and pop-up events.
- Monitor product movement and highlight fast-moving and slow-moving items.
- Support buying, allocation, and replenishment planning together with the Brand & Merchandise Manager.
- Ensure product mix is suitable for different store formats and customer profiles.
Stock Coordination & Replenishment
- Monitor daily and weekly stock movement from retail stores and sales channels.
- Follow up with warehouse and retail teams on stock replenishment activities.
- Ensure best-selling products are replenished on time.
- Identify slow-moving items and suggest solutions such as bundle promotions, purchase-with-purchase, gift-with-purchase, better display focus, or clearance support.
- Track stock availability and highlight stock risks before campaigns or events.
- Support stock transfer and product movement between stores when required.
- Assist in preparing stock allocation for new stores, events, pop-ups, seasonal launches, and campaigns.
Visual Merchandising Planning
- Assist in planning visual merchandising direction for retail stores, pop-ups, event booths, and merchandise corners.
- Prepare simple VM guidelines and display references for store teams.
- Plan product placement for key store areas such as entrance display, feature table, wall display, plush display, new arrival zone, seasonal area, best-seller section, cashier counter display, gift section, and promotional area.
- Ensure products are displayed in an attractive, easy-to-shop, and commercially effective manner aligned with the IP brand image.
- Support display planning based on customer flow, campaign objectives, product category, and sales priorities.
Store Layout & Display Execution
- Work closely with the design, VM, and retail operation teams to support store layout and display setup.
- Assist in setting up product displays for new store openings, pop-ups, mall events, and campaign launches.
- Ensure store displays are neat, colorful, attractive, and easy for customers to understand.
- Support product storytelling through signage, props, category grouping, and campaign displays.
- Ensure all product categories are clearly presented and properly arranged.
- Review store photos and provide improvement feedback to retail teams when required.
Campaign & Seasonal Display Support
- Support marketing and retail campaigns through merchandise planning and visual merchandising execution.
- Assist in preparing in-store displays for festive campaigns, seasonal themes, member promotions, limited-edition collections, event-exclusive products, bundle promotions, and new product launches.
- Work closely with marketing and design teams to align displays with campaign visuals, promotional messages, and social media direction.
- Coordinate campaign display setup with store teams before campaign launch.
- Monitor campaign display execution and ensure all stores follow approved display direction.
Retail Performance Support
- Review sales performance and product display effectiveness.
- Monitor which products and display areas perform better in stores.
- Suggest display improvements to increase product visibility and sales conversion.
- Work with store teams to improve merchandising discipline and display standards.
- Prepare basic store walk-through reports including photos, comments, and improvement actions.
- Support the Brand & Merchandise Manager with weekly and monthly sales and stock analysis.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with Brand & Merchandise Team, Retail Operations Team, Warehouse & Inventory Team, Marketing Team, Design & VM Team, E-commerce Team, Finance Team, and Store Teams.
- Follow up on product launches, stock movement, display materials, campaign items, and store execution.
- Ensure tasks are completed on time and properly communicated to all relevant stakeholders.
