What You’ll Do:

• Lead the implementation of production line setups and modifications using the latest technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Explore and integrate innovative solutions in IoT and Smart Factory applications.
• Analyze and optimize production layouts and processes with a mid- to long-term strategic view.
• Drive manufacturing improvements by minimizing human error, automating processes, and accelerating production cycles.
• Develop and deploy IoT systems to monitor equipment performance, efficiency, and utilization in real-time.
• Collaborate and exchange best practices with Daikin counterparts globally to stay ahead in technological advancements.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 / Second Class Upper or equivalent.
• Strong passion for technology-driven manufacturing and willingness to work in a dynamic production environment.
• Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• A curious mindset, eager to learn, share, and contribute to continuous improvement.
