  • Design innovative operational solutions that improve efficiency, cost, and service levels for new and existing customers.
  • Analyse customer requirements, operational data, and business needs to recommend the best-fit logistics solutions.
  • Prepare clear and compelling proposals, layouts, process flows, and cost models to support commercial bids and implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Operations, IT, Finance, Engineering, HR) to ensure solutions are accurate, feasible, and aligned with operational capability.
  • Support customer presentations by translating complex technical concepts into simple, customer‑friendly insights.
  • Participate in site assessments and process studies to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping create smarter, faster, and more cost‑effective processes.
  • Stay updated on market trends and best practices, ensuring our solutions remain competitive and forward‑thinking.


Requirements


  • Minimum Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial), Supply Chain or Logistics
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Solutions Design in a 3Pl organisation
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a user of Microsoft Excel or complex data analysis
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with modeling, simulation, or CAD tools (e.g. Paragon, CAPS, CAST, i2, AutoCAD, CLASS) is desirable.
