You will play a key role in maintaining seamless transaction processing while collaborating across functions to uphold operational excellence.
What You Will Be Doing
- Ensure completeness of daily transactions within established productivity targets, meeting required standards for efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time
- Adhere strictly to the Bank’s trade policies, procedures, and operational risk controls in all trade processing activities
- Perform multitasking responsibilities, including cross-functional and cross-departmental support as required
- Maintain high standards of operational integrity while ensuring timely and accurate execution of processes
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery
- Knowledge of trade products and related operational processes
- Understanding of ICC rules, trade policies and procedures, as well as BNM rules and regulations
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in banking operations, trade services, or related fields is an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational and time management skills
- Average communication skills (both oral and written)
- Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software applications
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across teams
