Job Title: HR Clerk

Job Scope
- Keep Records Updated: Make sure all employee files (folders and computer records) are neat and up-to-date.
- Check Attendance: Check the daily attendance and OT (Extra hours) for factory workers to make sure the data is correct.
- Help with New Staff: Help new workers on their first day (hand out uniforms, lockers, and show them the factory rules).
- Hiring Support: Post job ads, look at resumes and call candidates to set up interviews.
- Prepare Letters: Type out simple letters like offer letters, confirmation letters, or warning letters.
- General Admin: Help the HR team with filing papers and organizing staff events (like company dinners or safety training).
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Diploma In Human Resources or Business Administration (related field).
- Computer Skills: Must know how to use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Language: Can speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Personality: Honest, hard-working, and able to keep company secrets (confidentiality).
- Experience: Experience in a factory is a plus.
