Position Summary

The Pharmacy Assistant supports pharmacists in dispensing medications, managing inventory, and performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth and safe pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in dispensing, labeling, and packaging medications.
• Manage inventory including stock receiving, storage, and replenishment.
• Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and prescription processing.
• Assist in medication supply to wards, clinics, and other healthcare units.
• Handle patient inquiries under pharmacist supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with pharmacy policies.

Requirements

• Diploma in Pharmacy.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of pharmacy systems and inventory management.
