We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Front Counter Assistant to manage patient billing, payment collection, and insurance/panel coordination.

Location: Section 14, Shah Alam
Vacancy available at:

  • Avisena Specialist Hospital 1
  • Avisena Specialist Hospital 2

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and explain bills/invoices to patients
  • Collect payments (cash, online & credit card)
  • Process Guarantee Letters (GL) and liaise with panel/insurance
  • Assist with patient registration and admission
  • Handle daily cashier opening & closing
  • Ensure all billing documents are properly filed

Working Hours (Shift):

  • 7.00 AM – 2.00 PM
  • 2.00 PM – 9.00 PM
  • 9.00 PM – 7.00 AM

Requirements:

  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Responsible and detail-oriented
  • Able to work shifts
  • Experience in hospital/clinic billing is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
