Kerja Sepenuh Masa Manager - Retail Operations, Gaji tinggi MYR 11,000 di DRB-HICOM EZ-Drive Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Verify stations claims
• Report submission by stations – Monthly Attendance, OT, Incentive report by 5th
• Assist to update new road tax and inspection date in wizard once done
• Assist customer for any bookings required directly in HQ
• Find new locations/stations to be set up as per AMP
• Stations AMP, Forecast and Target on monthly and yearly
• Attend client for check out and check in with explanation of Avis SOP information given to client to avoid any dispute after rental
• Monitoring stations tenancy agreement – All counters and offices
• Review FAR on monthly basis and review DCR upon FAR updated
• Liaise with Travel Agents and yearly quotation contracts
• To ensure and to monitor rental agreement to be closed on time in wizard
• To ensure all disposed cars to be deleted in wizard after 6months
• Review Management Paper – disposal, new stations, purchase new fleet for retail
• Review retail disposal and refleeting fleet analysis
• Assist on issues in wizard/GUI
• Assist to create MVA/RA Range
• Request ITSD to create car model/group - MAKEMOD
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the superior

Requirements:

• Strong business acumen and experience in automotive industry would be an added advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill and the ability to communicate with all level of Sales Management in a professional and effective manner
• Critical thinking – Using logic and reasoning to identify the strength and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
• Must possess good analytical, organizational, negotiation and presentation skills
• Monitoring – Monitoring/Assessing performance own, other individuals or organizations to make improvement or to take correction plans
• Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Able to work independently as well as in a team

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
