Kelayakan
- Minimum SPM / equivalent qualification.
- 2–4 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior role.
- Strong sales-driven mindset with proven ability to achieve store KPIs.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Familiar with POS systems, cashiering, inventory control, and basic reporting.
- Able to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Well-groomed, professional,reliable, and high integrity.
- Proactive, organised, and able to perform in a fast-paced retail environment.
Tanggungjawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of the outlet.
- Drive store and individual sales performance to achieve sales targets and KPI results.
- Monitor and analyse retail metrics (conversion, ATV, UPT) to improve business performance.
- Plan and manage staff scheduling to meet daily operational needs.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent customer service and sales results.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of store team members.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, visual merchandising, and brand compliance.
- Ensure proper cash handling, inventory control, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with Company SOPs, loss prevention, and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (VM, Operations, Logistics, Marketing) on store-related matters.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
