Job Summary


A detail-oriented and strategic FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis. The role will partner closely with leadership teams to provide insights that support business growth, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and variance analysis.
  • Partner with business leaders to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Develop financial models for business initiatives, investments, and scenario planning.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
  • Support leadership with presentations for reviews and board meetings.
  • Improve financial planning processes, reporting automation, and controls.
  • Collaborate with accounting teams during month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems and reports.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • MBA/CA/CFA preferred.
  • 6–10 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ERP and planning tools such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan, or Power BI.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
