This is a full-time hybrid role for a Wafer Handler based in Shah Alam, with flexibility for some remote work. The Wafer Handler will be responsible for managing, inspecting, and handling semiconductor wafers during the production process. Daily tasks include loading and unloading wafers, maintaining cleanliness in the workspace, ensuring proper documentation, and performing quality control checks to ensure compliance with company standards. Collaboration with the production team to optimize workflows is a key part of this role.

• Proficiency in wafer handling, quality control, and following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a cleanroom environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with team members
• Technical or vocational certification in semiconductor manufacturing or a related field is an advantage
• Prior experience in semiconductor handling or manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment
