Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Executive – Sales to drive business growth for our Freight Forwarding division in Malaysia. The role involves generating new leads, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets across sea, air, and land freight services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.

• Prepare competitive quotations and proposals for sea, air, and land freight.

• Collaborate with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of local experience in sales within freight forwarding.

• Proven track record in business development and meeting sales targets.

• Strong knowledge of sea, air, and land freight services.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
