Kerja Sepenuh Masa Air Cond Technician, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di SSRV (M) Selangor - Maukerja

• Carry out preventive maintenance servicing for air conditioning systems including split units, FCU, AHU, VRV/VRF systems, chillers, cooling towers, and ventilation systems.
• Attend to breakdown complaints and perform troubleshooting, repair, and rectification works on HVAC equipment.
• Conduct inspection and testing of ACMV systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Monitor and record equipment operating parameters and report abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Perform cleaning, gas charging, filter replacement, belt alignment, lubrication, and other routine maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for specialized repairs or servicing works when required.
• Ensure all maintenance works are carried out in compliance with safety procedures, company SOPs, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation including service reports, maintenance checklists, and equipment history records.
• Assist in emergency maintenance and standby duties when required by management or clients.
• Support energy-saving initiatives and recommend improvement measures for HVAC system efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in HVAC maintenance or facilities management industry.
• Experience in handling commercial or high-rise building HVAC systems is an added advantage.
• Possession of relevant technical certifications or competency certificates will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, public holidays, and on-call standby duties when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
