1. Customer Inquiry Management
- Respond to customer inquiries through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Chat, and other communication platforms.
- Reply to product and service inquiries from Shopee, Lazada, and company website.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable tire sizes, products, and automotive services based on their vehicle requirements.
2. Appointment & Booking Coordination
- Assist customers in arranging service or installation appointments.
- Coordinate with respective branch teams to confirm appointment availability.
- Send appointment confirmations and reminders to customers.
3. After-Sales Customer Support
- Follow up with customers after service or installation to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Encourage satisfied customers to leave Google Reviews and feedback.
- Handle minor customer complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues to the Branch Manager when necessary.
4. Customer Database Management
- Maintain and update customer records, including vehicle details, tire sizes, purchase history, and service records.
- Identify and tag returning customers or high-value customers for future follow-up and marketing purposes.
5. Promotion & Voucher Assistance
- Explain ongoing promotions, campaigns, lucky draws, and marketing activities to customers.
- Assist customers with cash voucher redemption procedures and promotional terms & conditions.
- Keep customers updated on the latest offers and promotional packages.
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
