Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Support network maintenance and server management.
• Help with the configuration and installation of computer systems and software.
• Perform routine IT maintenance tasks, including system updates and backups.
• Assist in managing internal IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth operations.
• Participate in development and testing of internal tools or applications.
• Help with creating and updating technical documentation.
• Provide technical support to staff and end-users.
• Assist in the deployment of IT systems and tools.
• Collaborate with IT team members on ongoing projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and databases.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for technology and eagerness to learn.
