• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely purchasing of materials.
• Forecast material requirements based on production schedules and operational needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Maintain accurate records of materials received, stored, and issued.
• Perform regular stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize storage.
• Oversee the proper handling, labeling, and storage of materials to maintain quality and safety.
• Coordinate with all staff to ensure efficient use of storage space.
• Manage the physical flow of materials within warehouses and production areas.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials in compliance with quality standards.
• Address delays, shortages, or issues related to material supply.
• Evaluate supplier performance and provide feedback to improve service.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including purchase orders, delivery receipts, and inventory records.
• Generate regular reports on material usage, stock levels, and procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
• Act as a point of contact between departments for material-related needs.
• Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve material-related issues and provide solutions to avoid disruptions.
• Inspect incoming materials for compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Report defective or damaged materials to suppliers and arrange for replacements.
• Monitor material handling practices to ensure quality preservation.
• Plan and oversee the movement of materials to and from suppliers, warehouses, production areas, and final delivery to the clients.
• Ensure the compliance with customer regulation and term for delivery.
• Optimize transportation routes and schedules to minimize delays and costs.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project deadlines.
• Working as a member of the team to provide efficient service delivery to all clients.
• To do any other related task which might be assigned by the immediate supervisor / management.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
