Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities:

1. Data Management

  • Maintain and update product information for new and existing book titles in the system.
  • Ensure all purchase records and product data are accurately entered and properly maintained.
  • Verify completeness and accuracy of item details, including ISBN, pricing, supplier information, category, and stock details.
  • Perform regular data cleaning and validation to ensure data integrity.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve missing or inaccurate data.

2. Product & System Management

  • Create and manage SKU/item codes for new products.
  • Update product pricing, costing, and purchase information in the system.
  • Monitor item status, discontinued titles, and replacement products.
  • Ensure timely system updates for promotions, new arrivals, and stock changes.

3. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly sales and purchasing reports for retail stores.
  • Share reports with relevant stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Monitor sales trends, stock movement, and product performance.
  • Support management with data analysis for purchasing and inventory planning.
  • Generate ad hoc reports when required by management.

4. Inventory & Purchasing Support

  • Assist the purchasing team in monitoring stock levels and replenishment planning.
  • Track incoming shipments and update delivery schedules.
  • Support forecasting and demand planning based on sales performance.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams regarding stock availability.

5. Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with suppliers, retail stores, warehouse, and internal departments regarding product and purchasing information.
  • Support the purchasing team in administrative and operational tasks.
  • Ensure timely communication of updates related to products, pricing, and inventory.

6. Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain proper filing and documentation for purchasing records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and data management standards.
  • Support audit and reporting requirements when needed.
