Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to shipments, delivery status, and logistics services
- Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Monitor shipment progress and provide updates to customers
- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation and system records
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate operational issues when necessary
- Support order processing, booking, and tracking activities
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and service standards
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
