Duties and Responsibilities
· Admissions, records and registration procedures
· Support in the planning of programs and courses in accordance with institutional regulations.
· Coordinates, develops and implements registration and enrolment policies and
· Procedures in consultation with other student services offices.
· Provide accurate data for submission of reports dealing with the maintenance of

· Verifies that all graduating students have met prescribed degree or certificate requirements.
· Verifies and notifies students of admissions and academic eligibility.
· Coordinates the evaluation of transcripts for transfer students.
· Directs the admission processes and reviews exceptional admission cases
· Assist with the development, implementation, monitoring and revision of policies and

· Ensure Billing and collection of fees
· Manage and disbursement of Scholarship and Bursary
· Verify academic results to ensure entry requirement met
· Liaise with the coordinator or head of school department to obtain information
pertaining to programs, subjects and students’ status.
· Attend enquiries pertaining to student records.
· Setting of yearly fees and updating and setup in the system.
· Creating program code and subject code in the system.
· Performs other duties as assigned by academic division /the university
Requirements and skills
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
