Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal advisory to management on operational, commercial, and corporate matters across the Group.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Identify and manage legal risks arising from operations and commercial arrangements.
• Handle disputes, claims, and legal correspondence, and liaise with external solicitors where required.
• Oversee day-to-day logistics operations and problem-solving.
• Manage overall company affairs from both legal and operational perspectives, ensuring alignment with the Group’s business objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across relevant business units, ensuring efficiency, coordination, and smooth execution of services.
• Act as a key liaison between management, operations, and finance teams to ensure cohesive decision-making and implementation.
• Monitor operational performance and address issues proactively.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 2–3 years PQE or more
• Litigation background preferred (experience in disputes, claims, or court work is an advantage)
• Meticulous, self-driven, and proactive, with strong initiative
• Keen to learn and grow beyond a purely legal role
• Commercially aware with ability to balance legal risk and business needs
• Able to work independently

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
