Procurement Intern – Job Scope
- Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations
- Support purchase order (PO) preparation and processing
- Compare prices and evaluate supplier offers
- Coordinate with vendors on delivery schedules and order status
- Maintain procurement records, invoices, and documentation
- Work closely with internal departments to support purchasing needs
- Assist in inventory monitoring and stock replenishment
- Prepare reports and update procurement databases/spreadsheets
- Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures
