The Warehouse Executive leads daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and delivery of goods. This role focuses on operational execution, team leadership, and process improvements, including transloading and container management. Warehouse paperwork is handled separately by a Warehouse Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities (Operations-Focused)

  • Coordinate with Production teams to ensure timely and accurate material preparation.
  • Monitor inventory levels across internal and third-party warehouses, coordinate stock transfers.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage delivery schedules, in-store orders, and timely order placement/receipt.
  • Oversee transloading operations to ensure efficient transfer of goods between transportation modes.
  • Arrange and coordinate container inbound/outbound schedules with logistics partners and transporters.
  • File claims for defective products as needed.
  • Safely operate and maintain material handling equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment; enforce safety regulations.
  • Optimize warehouse layout, workflow, and resource planning to improve space utilization and efficiency.
  • Lead or support implementation of new procedures, systems, or process improvements.
  • Perform other operational duties as assigned by Management.

Note: Warehouse documentation and paperwork are handled by the Warehouse Operations Coordinator, allowing this role to focus on physical operations, transloading, container coordination, and team leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
  • Computer literate (MS Excel, Word, email).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
