Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage complete accounting cycle and month-end closing
• Monitor company cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning
• Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary
• Ensure timely submission of SST, tax, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and other statutory requirements
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation
• Monitor and verify payment transactions, collections, and journal entries
• Prepare management reports, costing analysis, and financial forecasts
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls
• Handle fixed assets register and depreciation schedules
• Review staff claims, supplier invoices, and payment vouchers
• Supervise and guide junior accounting staff
• Assist management in financial decision-making and business strategy
• Improve accounting systems, SOP, and workflow efficiency

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
