Purpose of the Role
The Warehouse Assistant (Receiving) supports the Receiving Manager in monitoring, planning, and executing all inbound processes — from ASN receiving to stock placement into saleable locations. The role ensures all tasks comply with SOPs, company quality standards, and regulatory requirements (ISO, GMP, GDP, GCP, GDPMD, CDPMD) and supports smooth, efficient daily operations within the Receiving section.
What You’ll Do
- Responsible for unloading and receiving goods from external suppliers and supporting inbound receiving activities.
- Update received stock information accurately into SAP.
- Check product storage conditions to ensure goods are placed in the correct designated areas.
- Manage cold chain products from receiving until released as saleable, including handling cold room facilities.
- Handle non‑cold room and CTM products from receiving to saleable release.
- Monitor incoming goods progress and ensure inbound receiving procedures are followed.
- Oversee clerical work, good receipt documentation, stock control, and operational reports.
- Work closely with Leaders/Operations Executives to ensure smooth inbound workflow.
- Keep immediate superior updated on issues, incidents, or deviations, and support “right first time” improvements.
- Ensure safety of people, products, equipment, and infrastructure at all times.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including superiors, colleagues, principals, and customers.
- Attend and participate in cross‑functional meetings when required.
- Follow instructions and carry out tasks in accordance with SOPs; take on additional responsibilities positively.
- Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards.
- Prepare and submit weekly or monthly operational reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Able to work on rotation shifts.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
