About the Role

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Leasing & Tenant Relations Manager to oversee leasing activities across our property portfolio. This role is key to ensuring high occupancy rates, building strong tenant relationships, and supporting overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue leasing opportunities aligned with business objectives
• Source and engage prospective tenants to maximize occupancy rates
• Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and terminations in compliance with internal policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries and issues promptly
• Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth leasing processes
• Prepare regular reports on leasing performance, occupancy rates, and market insights
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and rental benchmarks to optimize leasing strategies
• Support marketing efforts including campaigns, property viewings, and promotional activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in property leasing, real estate, or similar roles
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with property management systems and Microsoft Office

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
